Inspection Services:

• Non destructive testing on tank welds, pipelines welds and hard / light carpentry stuff.
• Non destructive examination on equipment endowed with special geometries, subject to cycles of fatigue activities.
• Inspection on welds and/or non-magnetisable materials (inox , drill pipes, etc…).
• Inspection on plates.
• Inspection on residual wall thickness.

Inspections on the premises of third party in capacity as inspectors appointed by the customers for the sake of guarantee the abidance of procedures and standards while performing non destructive testing.

Certification and reporting of the inspections performed.

We are in the position of performing maintenance activities and non destructive testing in the drilling field , both water and oil-bearing, on the following materials:

• Mast, substructures, crown / travelling blocks.
• Drill pipe tong, elevators, slips etc…
• Gate valves, spools, etc..
• FDrill pipes.

In order to perform non destructive testing Ecoglobal utilizes last generation equipment such as portable digital ultrasonic tools complete of probes capable of measuring residual wall thickness (I.e. tanks) avoiding to remove protecting coating varnish on the material, digital hardness testers able to work in particular positions without leaving relevant marks , so these tools can be employed also on formerly machined details (i.e. gears, pulleys, etc.) making automatic conversions in the various hardness scales.
